The Cubs lost horribly to the Reds and after the game Milton "Let's Not Play Today" Bradley hunkered down at his locker after getting reamed by Lou Piniella for not hustling on the basepaths and failing to drive in runs as the clean-up hitter. Folks, we have this season AND TWO MORE YEARS of having to deal with this guy. I hate it when I'm right, but damn, with all the upcoming suspensions and injuries, the Cubs are screwed in right field.

I think I may have found a great use for the inner rage of Milton Bradley. With yesterday being Earth Day, could there be some way that science could harness the inner rage of Milton and put it to good use? If things continue to unravel, perhaps we could hook him up to the electrical grid to get some $$$ back as he sits and steams in the dugout throughout the summer months. Now that I think of it, the same device could be hooked up to me and my misery. I am not usually one to panic, but the Cubs started the season looking SO GOOD and the last two games were remarkably not. Here's hoping the Cardinals can get the Cubs back on track, otherwise, I'll be back to my old miserable ways.
